Same engagement as the list-price version. The launch offer is a 50% discount on price, not a reduction in scope.
Joel reviews launch sign-ups in the order they come in. The launch rate applies to the first 10 companies that submit the form, get confirmed, and pay the invoice. If you submit after the 10 spots are filled, Joel will let you know and offer the standard $7,500 rate (or the option to be added to a future cohort if a second launch wave opens).

Yes. The 50% launch offer applies per engagement for the first 10 companies. If you're one of the first 10 and you want to run both AI Without Atrophy (for the broader team) and The Hesitation Gap (for the leadership team), you'd pay $3,750 for each. The two engagements run on separate dates with separate assessments.
Tell us on the form. The standard cap is 20 participants. Larger groups are quotable separately. The launch rate may still apply with adjusted scope. Joel will sort that out with you on the follow-up call.
Nonprofit rates are quotable on request. Mention nonprofit status on the form and Joel will work out the right rate in the follow-up. The launch rate is already a 50% discount, so additional nonprofit pricing is case-by-case.
Yes. Virtual via Google Meet is the default. Onsite is available too; travel costs are scoped separately and quoted with the invoice if you choose that option.
Full refund if Joel decides the engagement isn't a fit and you've already paid. Once the pre-workshop assessments have been sent to your participants, the engagement is locked in and refunds aren't available. If you need to reschedule, Joel will work with you to find a new date that fits the engagement timeline.
